Tanja Meyer
Tanja Meyer is a Project Acquisition Coordinator at the Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant (BBEPP) based in Ghent, Belgium, working in the international area of the company.
She is currently coordinating BBI JU Project SMARTBOX (lignin valorisation towards bio-aromatics) and BBI JU Project Glaukos (Circular solution for the textile industry) and was the coordinator of INTERREG NWE Project BioBase4SME, aiming to enhance societal engagement in biotechnologies. She has managed several FP7 and Horizon2020 projects and associations in the area of micro-and nanotechnology, cyber-physical production systems, smart devices and industrial biotechnology working as project manager for the Ultraclean and Micromanufacturing Department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation in Stuttgart, Germany.
Tanja Meyer holds a master degree in Technology and Innovation Management (The University of Brisbane) and an engineer degree in Bio-and Nanotechnologies (University of Applied Science Suedwestfalen).
