[solved] Why does the nova page get a 'contents' box? I can't manage to add one to the BTG page and don't see the contents box anywhere in the code.

@Jurjen Spekreijse: nova has more chapters (>4), therefore the TOC is automatically added. BTG has not enough chapters to trigger the TOC.
