John Vos

John Vos graduated in Business Management at the University of Twente (The Netherlands). As senior consultant and EU Projects Manager he has more than 30 years of experience working in international consulting, networking, communication and information transfer projects. He has lived and worked in different countries and cultures around the globe.

Throughout his career he worked in the renewable energy and renewable carbon fields, primarily targeting bioenergy, biofuels and bio-based products. In the last 10 years or so John worked in many EU-funded projects. He is currently coordinator of two Horizon 2020 projects: Tech4Biowaste (funded through the public-private partnership BBI JU) and MUSIC. He is BTG’s project manager in two other BBI JU projects: BIOSWITCH and Allthings.bioPRO.

In the context of BIOSWITCH he co-authored two articles, addressing brand owner and consumer perspectives of bio‐based products respectively.
